One way to combat this is to be able to locate where the land really is, based on what is written in the technical descriptions of the title. But the question is... how the heck am I going to interpret those details in my title?
For one, reading those titles require the expertise of a geodetic engineer, which, aside from it's not that easy to look for, it also costs some money. Second, even if you know how to interpret those titles, you might need to go to the place physically and do your measurements. Imagine how hard that is?
